3rd Annual Altered Book Show Fundraiser

DEADLINE EXTENDED: We need your signed Entry Form by February
10.
The show includes not only “altered books,” but any type of artwork that uses books
in new, imaginative ways (jewelry, sculpture, etc.). The idea is to show visitors
how artists are giving new life to old library discards and/or creating new works
based on the book form. We will have a supply of books available in the lobby beginning
in early January or you can use/make your own.
Summer National Juried Exhibition
Entry Deadline: Friday, April 20, 2012
Open to all U.S. resident artists 18 and over. You are invited to submit up to 5
digital images of your original works completed in the past two years, not previously
shown in a MarinMOCA or Artists of MarinMOCA show. Open to all media except video
and film. Only online entries with digitally uploaded images will be accepted. Digital
entries must be RECEIVED via online application on or before midnight, FRIDAY, April
20, 2012. Notification will be by online list of accepted artwork and via email.
