Heather Murray holds a Master’s Degree in English, a Master’s Degree in Art History, and earned her Ph.D. in Visual Studies at the University of California, Irvine. She worked at several galleries in Southern California before moving to the Bay Area in 2010, and taught art history, art education, art theory, and sculpture at Cal State, San Bernardino and the University of California, Riverside. Heather is a MarinMOCA Artist Member and exhibits her work regularly in MarinMOCA member exhibitions.

Joan Nelson has worked as a bookkeeper for several nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area and has an artistic background in fashion, jewelry, and theater.
